The cost of service includes:
- reservation of travel
route tickets and hotel rooms; -
visa support; - your meeting, guiding on the whole route
of travel and seeing off at the airports or at stations
on arrival/departure; - travel by car between the airports,
hotels in the cities on the route of travel; - travel by
car to the hunting camp and back; travel by jeep, snowmobile,
boat or horses during hunting; - full huntsman service during
the hunting 1x1;
- service of guides, cooks and assistants in the hunting
camp; - service of an interpreter;
- all documents necessary for: hunting (license, vouchers),
import/export of the hunting weapon, Export/import of trophies
(veterinary certificates, Washington convection); - accommodation
and food in the hunting camp; - field preparation of a trophy
and its packing;
Payment pattern: a deposit of 50 %
from the hunting cost is paid at the time of reservation,
payment of the hunting cost and payment of a trophy cost
is made 30 days before the date of hunting. The first deposits
can be made by transfer to the bank account. Payment for
a trophy can be made in cash after the end of your hunting.
If you have cancelled your hunting 30 days before the hunting
date, your deposit will be returned. Your payment for a
trophy will also be returned, if you have not got a trophy.
Additional charges: an additional trophy,
air and train tickets, additional hunting or fishing, additional
service, hotel rooms and meals outside the hunting camp.
